Raw images are not for sale. Due to digital nature of product there will be NO REFUNDS. 

By purchasing this photography session you agree with Due North Photography's terms and conditions:

COPYRIGHT: All photographs taken by photographer are Due North Photography property, will remain Due North Photography property and are protected by Canada Copyright Laws. Client hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images. Violators of this law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Clients agrees that he/she may not use any Due North Photography images for commercial or editorial purposes, and/or enter any  Due North Photography images into competition without the express written permission of  Due North Photography.

SHOOTING TIME: Punctuality is essential to accomplish the goals and wishes of all parties. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. If you do not arrive at the appointed time for the photography session, shooting will commence at the scheduled start time and end at the scheduled end time. Time will not be added on to the session as other clients will be waiting for their scheduled time. Full payment is still required.
